The centerpiece of the bundle is the Diversity Fin Antenna, renowned for its exceptional ability to mitigate signal dropouts and maintain a strong signal in challenging RF environments. Its innovative design features multiple antenna elements that work in conjunction to maximize signal reception and minimize dropouts. The antenna's compact size and included mounting hardware make it easy to install on a wall, providing good line of sight to your wireless system and staying out of the way of performers and technicians. Complementing the Diversity Fin Antenna is the DISTRO5 HDR, a high-quality distribution amplifier specifically engineered for wireless microphone systems. Building on the success of the DISTRO4, the DISTRO5 HDR delivers even better RF performance in a compact half-rack footprint. Multiple DISTRO5 HDRs can be cascaded together using the included joining plate hardware for up to 9 channels of wireless mics in a 1RU space.

More About the DISTRO5 HDR
The DISTRO5 HDR is RF Venue's newest and highest performance antenna and power distribution platform for any brand wireless microphone system. Building on the success of the DISTRO4, the DISTRO5 HDR delivers even better RF performance in a compact half-rack footprint. Multiple DISTRO5s can be cascaded together using the included joining plate hardware and available premium interconnect cable packages for up to 9 channels of wireless mics in a 1RU space.
In addition to clean, low noise RF signal distribution across the 470-698 MHz band, the DISTRO5 HDR is a highly capable power distribution system for powering wireless microphone receivers or other 12V DC rack equipment. The available Octopus power cable uses the DISTRO5's robust internal power supply to provide up to 5 amps of DC power to rack devices, eliminating wall warts and the need for dedicated rack power distribution. The DISTRO5 HDR also features a 12V DC power input for battery power operation for mobile sound cart applications.
More About the Diversity Fin Antenna
The Diversity Fin® Antenna is a multi-purpose antenna for wireless microphones that reduces or eliminates signal dropouts by using our patented cross-polarized design. It provides a diversity solution in a single package by combining one log-periodic dipole array (LPDA) and one dipole antenna in an orthogonal (right angle) configuration. One element captures vertically polarized signals, and the other horizontally polarized signals.
Unlike traditional “paddle” or “shark fin” antennas, the Diversity Fin allows receivers to see a constant signal regardless of microphone orientation - allowing the user to hold a wireless microphone in any position relative to the antenna. A single Diversity Fin provides superior coverage to two traditional, shark fin antennas, allowing savings as well as reduced time to installation.
