Terms
Net 30 Days, subject to credit approval at the sole discretion of RF Venue. Approved dealer application and good standing account status required (for Dealers). Product pricing subject to change without notice. Past due invoices will incur late payment charges and cancellation of dealer payment terms at the discretion of RF Venue. This price list supersedes all previous price lists.
Shipping
"Orders ship Ex Works Walpole, MA as described below. Orders received by 12PM EST generally ship the same day. Expedited orders MUST be received by 12PM EST in order to ship the same day.
1. US-Based Dealers and Distributors:
Free shipping when using RF Venue's Portal as of March 1, 2023: Our new RF Venue Portal has been a big success. As such, we are continuing to offer our free UPS ground shipping policy to all US-Based customers ordering via the Portal. After March 1, 2023, our Free UPS Ground policy will apply only to orders placed using the Portal. Orders placed via email PO will no longer include free UPS Ground shipping.
Any customer requiring the use of a carrier other than UPS forfeits the Free Shipping option, and will also incur a one day delay plus an extra $10 pickup fee. Orders requested to be Drop Shipped may incur a $20 handling fee.
All expedited shipments shall be billed to either a customer-provided account (must include the zip code) or on the invoice sent for the order. Non-UPS carriers are subject to the $10 pickup fee.
2. Non US-Based Customers:
Customers shall provide their UPS, Fed-Ex, DHL, or other carrier account number and billing zip code. RF Venue shall bill shipping charges to your account and add any pickup fees to our invoice.
3. Customer-Arranged Freight:
Once packed, RF Venue shall provide weights and dimensions of the package(s) or pallets for products being shipped. Customers shall send that information to their freight forwarding company, who will supply RF Venue with any required paperwork such as a Bill of Lading (BoL). Customer's freight forwarder shall communicate with RF Venue to schedule pickup during our normal warehouse hours (8:30AM-2:30PM EST)."
Delivery
Reports of discrepancy in shipment must be made within five (5) business days upon receipt of merchandise.
Online Auction Sales
RF Venue authorized resellers are NOT permitted to sell RF Venue products on eBay or similar auction-based sales platforms
Warranty
"Unless otherwise noted, all products are warrantied for 1 year including parts and labor. Cable product sales are final. RF Venue is the sole authorized service and repair center for all products. For warranty service, please contact RF Venue by email or phone to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA).

Returns
All returns for credit or exchange require a return material authorization (RMA) and are subjected to a 15% restocking fee. All returns must be made within 60 days of purchase. Merchandise and its packaging must be in factory fresh, unused, resellable condition. Products must be free of dealer identification and unopened. Please contact RF Venue by email or phone to obtain a Return Material Authorization (RMA) or visit www.rfvenue.com/RMA.
Payment
Online Dealer Portal orders will be paid by credit card at the time of order. RF Venue invoices are issued via email on the date of shipment. You may pay your invoice via bank check, ACH and wire transfer,or by credit card by visiting the link in your invoice. Credit card payments over $5,000 may incur a 3% fee processing fee. Late payments are subject to finance charges at the sole discretion of RF Venue
